Job Summary:
Fluency in Japanese, and basic English verbal and written communication
Responsibilities:
Effectively prepare and plan meetings, coordinate and report meeting outcomes and drive accountability to deliverables (due date management)Executive admin support – Proactively manage diary and travel coordination, expense administrationExpense Administration – Reconcile & manage expenses including purchasing (e.g. maintaining p-card, submitting Purchase Orders, etc.) and checking of expense reports to ensure that all expenses are in compliance with our company’s T&E policyEvent Management – Support relationship development, secure and coordinate Partner Events & Meetings and associated hospitality. Work in conjunction with Disney Events team to execute where necessaryProject Management – coordination and tracking of product-related information, consolidation of presentations and reports, agenda preparation, meeting minutes and follow through on critical items with key stakeholdersSpecial project management, development and coordination (e.g. kickoffs, team offsite, project follow up & coordination)Effectively manage communication flow across all stakeholders, both internal and externalPrepare & distribute partner communications (external) as requiredProvide ad-hoc team administration support to the business (as required)Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ admin support, ideally supporting senior management at Japan and/or APAC/ regional levelExperience required in coordination, project management and reportingAbility to anticipate calendar and day-to-day needs to facilitate executives’ schedule and workloadAdvanced Microsoft Office, Outlook, Powerpoint, & Keynote essential; Zoom knowledge preferredSAP/Workday, Concur, and general technology skillset advantageousStrong communication and presentation skills requiredFluency in Japanese, and basic English verbal and written communication
Preferred Education
Business administration or Project management degree or Diploma advantageous (planning, marketing, product management, financial & communication skills)
