Lead Coordinator - Health Claims

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader specialized in the health sector, to lead our claims support team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing teams, project management knowledge a proven track record of implementing digital and technical solutions and ideally will have experience in the contact centre environment.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to process efficiency and enhance the customer experience for our clients.

As part of the Operations and Technology division, the team leader will oversee a team of colleagues responsible for handling claims and client support activities in the health sector. The selected person will focus on developing the team to deliver high-quality services, drive efficiency, and lead the adoption of innovative digital tools.

We will count on you to: 

Coordinate and supervise a team of approx. 10 members, ensuring that objectives are met.Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of health claims while providing high-quality customer supportMonitor team performance and generate relevant reports for performance analysis.Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.Foster a positive team spirit by encouraging collaboration, open communication, and mutual support among team members and with the leadership.Develop talent in the team for future succession planningActively participate in the implementation of digital and technical projectsEngage in initiatives to streamline and simplify existing processes, proposing innovative solutions.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 1 year of experience in team management, preferably in insurances sector, claims management or contact centre.Strong knowledge of project management and experience in implementing digital and technical solutions.Familiarity with claims management processes in the health sector.Proficiency in English and Romanian (written and spoken) at advanced levelExcellent communication, leadership, and solution-oriented skills.Demonstrated passion for improving customer experiences and driving team success
