Job Description:
Epiq is seeking a Lead Corporate Concierge and Receptionist to provide "White Glove" service at our client location. Candidate will provide concierge style customer service and is responsible for taking care of all visitors, client meetings and events at a client location. Will accurately communicate with client staff and Epiq team members regarding commitments, deadlines and challenges.
Responsibilities
Work independently on reception and concierge tasks without direct supervisionOversee operation of the reception desk and front lobby areaEnsure all tasks and events have been properly completed and quality checkedWork to resolve work issues or complaintsAssist management with training new hires on all processesOther duties may include reception desk, events coordination and hospitality servicesRequirements
High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 2+ years work experience providing reception and/or concierge level service in a professional business setting.High end customer service approach to all tasksStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaintsAbility to multitask with attention to detailWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeThe Compensation range for this role is 27.69 to 30.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
