Position for Cost and Estimation Lead to join our Facilities team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

ResponsibilitiesLead the cost estimation and management efforts for construction projects.Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets, ensuring all aspects are strictly accounted for.Report to Project Controls Manager and collaborate with project managers and other team members to identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies.Conduct regular cost analysis and forecasting to ensure projects remain within budget.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.Implement cost control procedures to successfully manage project expenditures.Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any financial risks and proposing corrective actions.Ensure all cost-related activities align with Micron's standards and industry regulations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction cost estimation and management.Proven ability to manage large-scale construction budgets and deliver projects within budget constraints.Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on inclusive teamwork.Proficient in construction management software and financial analysis tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and compete against tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
