As a Lead Customer Experience Specialist (French Speaking) here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
Your fluency in French will be essential in effectively communicating with our French-speaking customers and providing them with a seamless experience. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you'll work out of our Katowice, Poland location on a hybrid work schedule (3+2).
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the overall customer experience and contribute to the success of our business by building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner Communicate effectively with French-speaking customers, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as neededKey Requirements:
Fluency in French and English (min. C1)Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools (nice to have)
