As a Lead Customer Experience Specialist at\nHoneywell, in Bucharest, you will be responsible to\nensure the successful fulfilment of all requests regarding the order processing\nand purchasing activities within the GCC department and adherence to standard\nprocedures and checks in daily activity to provide excellent customer\nexperience. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work\nfrom home model.

Key responsibilities:
Successful,\n timely accounting and lifecycle maintenance of all orders / contracts /\n projects in the Honeywell systems.
Responsible\n for updating customer accounts: submitting requests in SAP for customer\n creation/extension/ amendment.
Responsible\n for creating / extending materials in SAP operating system.
Follow-up\n on approvals for customer creation/extension/ amendment.
Key skills and qualifications:
Preferred\n minimum 2 years experience in the Customer Services field, preferably with\n expertise in SAP.
Preferred\n minimum 18 months experience in the Customer Services field for internal\n promotions.
Experience\n working in a multidisciplinary team.
Customer-oriented\n and action-oriented, proactive approach.
