Lead Customer Experience Specialist with Italian - hybrid
As a Lead Customer Experience Specialist with ItalianĀ at Honeywell, in Bucharest, you will be responsible for supporting services and\nprojects organization by processing work packages / managing requests in a\ntimely and correct manner. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from\nhome model.

Key responsibilities:
Processes a wide variety of maintenance related\nactivities between Honeywell and customers: records, changes in the list of\nequipment or obligations covered by the contract (escalations), cancellations,\nre-registrations;Analyzes and takes the necessary steps to resolve\ndisputes (credit issuance and reflow);Process\nstandard parts requests and other associated tasks (changes in material\nsettings, extensions, replacements);Performs troubleshooting reporting, processing, and troubleshooting according\nto business requirements;Involving in major transitions, working with the\nCPS team (SAP process specialists) for SAP development or another internal\nprograms.Key skills and qualifications:
Fluent Italian (at least B2) and English;College graduate;Minimum 1 year experience on Sr Customer Experience Specialist role;Microsoft Office knowledge;Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).We offer:
