Key Responsibilities: Monitor the floorTrack errors of all staffMonitor daily calls for 3 days outMonitor queue/helping on the queue if neededDistribute call-back sheets / stay if neededEscalated callsRun reportsObtain and enter accurate customer information into the reservations systemComplete customer reservations in a timely and courteous mannerProvide customers with information on the services provided and direct them as neededSupervise staffing on weekends and eveningsSchedule breaks and lunch accordingly without disabling the call centerProvide support assistance to the Reservation SupervisorControl and issue certain disciplines when necessaryNew employee training and re-training of current employeesMinimal errorsOn call (short notice)Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalentExcellent verbal and interpersonal skillsExcellent judgment and problem-solving skillsSupervisor experience strongly desiredAbility to proficiently operate a computer with a keystroke speed of no less than 35 corrected words per minuteAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsAbility to multitask and work well under time restraintsAbility to maintain employee confidentialityAbility to communicate clearly in the English language; foreign language proficiency beneficialAbility to use a standard business telephone system for communicationAbility to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructionsAbout Transdev: Cities, counties, airports, companies, and universities across the U.S. contract with Transdev to operate their transportation systems, maintain their vehicle and fleets, and deliver on mobility solutions.
