Job Description:

Essential Functions:

Configure, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot Redhat/Oracle Linux systems (physical and virtual)Experience deploying infrastructure through automationFamiliarity with implementing and maintaining security controls in compliance with DoD security frameworksFamiliarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), agile system development, and DevSecOps tools and processesExperience in Linux automation using Kickstart, Podman, Ansible and PuppetExperience integrating Linux and Windows systems together in a unified Active Directory DomainExperience in creating and using containers in a LINUX and Windows EnvironmentExperience customizing/optimizing/trouble shooting enterprise level applicationsSecurity administration experience in support of RMF requirementsDemonstrated knowledge RMF and cybersecurity requirementsAbility to integrate RMF principles into ground-up buildsExperience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworksExperience with testing applications such as Jenkins, Jira, and BitbucketExperience in using and creating LDAP for Windows and LINUX IDMWork must be accomplished onsite

Qualifications: 

Education:      Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience or,      Master’s Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience or,      In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years prior related experience.DOD 8570 IAT Level 2 CertificationTop Secret Clearance with SCI and CI Poly

PreferredAdditional Skills:

DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 3 certification (e.g. CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH).Current Linux Certifications such as:  RedHat Certification (RHCSA or RHCE)  CompTIA Linux+  LPIC (any level)  SANS GCUXExperience in the use of IT tools for managing and troubleshooting complex computer networksPrevious experience supporting DoD & IC Government customersExperience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworksHardware/software requirement verification/system validation experienceDemonstrated ability to work and grow in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented environmentExperience with Virtualization (KVM), Backup Technologies such as NAS, SAN, iSCSI, SASExperience supporting DoD/government customersExperience integrating and administering cross-domain systemsExperience with microservices, containers (i.e., docker)
