Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Clark, Philippines. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sourcesDevelop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics platformsCreate comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards to present findingsIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutionsDevelop and implement data quality assurance proceduresStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field2-3 years of experience in data analysis or related fieldProficiency in SQL and database managementExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniquesProficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R)Advanced Excel skillsUnderstanding of business intelligence and data warehousing conceptsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication skills to present complex data in a clear, concise manner
