Lead Data Management Analyst- Program Data Lead

Data Management Analyst Lead responsible for driving data transformation and migration for ERP deployments.  The Data Management Analyst Lead is responsible to provide leadership, data functional knowledge with strong data migration process expertise to develop robust delivery plans working closely with project managers, extended IT team and business users and co-source partners. 

Key Responsibilities

Data Migration Implementation Strategy and Project ManagementLead data migration activities working with various data stakeholders and business to develop robust data plans in support of deployments, projects or enhancementsProven track record of successfully leading data deployments as Data manager, with expertise in Cutover planningPartner with project managers on deployments and projects to ensure data schedule alignmentIdentify opportunities for process improvements, product enhancements, and cost optimization to drive continuous innovationEnforce Management Operating system and methodologies for M&A, Deployment and Transitions into core ERP SAP applicationsEnsure that data related reporting metrics and status updates are created and are accurate at any given timeEstablish or enforce best practices needed for new data solution implementations working closely with the functional team and extended data stakeholdersCollaborate with the Data Management organization to support enforcement of data quality standards and processes for ERP deployments, projects or enhancementsManage and direct tasks related to analysis, design and implementation of technical data migration solutionsWork with extended data team to create design documents and estimates for enhancement effortsDrive data related development, testing and deployment deliverablesPartner with other data leads / developers and support project planning, technical design, development and solution delivery functionsIdentify opportunities in business processes, system capabilities and delivery methodologies for continuous improvement as applicableWorks autonomously as a data lead on a diverse range of tasks and is relied upon to coach/educate othersProvide mentorship and change management leadership for introduction of new data tools and capabilitiesData migration or integration experience as a technical data systems analyst, such as LSMW, LTMC etc.Strong project management skills, scope analysis, strategic planning, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, with minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.Data Integration and full cycle data migration experience for large, complex projectsFunctional experience in ERP SAP related application with configuration, table, structures for data mapping and rule definitionKnowledge with AI/ML capabilities or advanced data analytics toolsStrong leadership and project management skillsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environmentAbility to motivate and build high performing team
