Responsibilities and Impact: Design and Build Data Pipelines: Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows using Alteryx, Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring high data quality and efficient processing. Platform Development and Integration: Work on creating and integrating robust data platforms that support business intelligence, advanced analytics, and machine learning initiatives across various departments. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions that drive business value. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by researching and implementing new data engineering tools and best practices, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field. Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with data engineering tools such as Alteryx, Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric, including hands-on experience in building and optimizing data pipelines. Programming Skills: Proficient in programming languages like Python, SQL, and familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes. Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, specifically in data engineering and management. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues efficiently. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, fostering positive relationships with cross-functional teams.
