In Corporate Internal Audit, our mission is to protect and enable growth across the Group by providing independent, objective assurance and audit related consulting activities designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations. We perform audits worldwide across all business units and supporting functions of the group, e.g. Finance, IT and Compliance. Lead Data Scientist – Internal Audit Strategy & Innovation

\n

Responsibilities:

\n\nLead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing guidance and support.\nAct as a primary point of contact for internal auditors regarding data analytics-related questions and issues.\nIdentify, develop and implement tools and methods to enable new audit approaches or increase efficiency. Contribute to the introduction of GenAI tools in Internal Audit.\nManage and oversee data science projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.\nBuild and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights and solutions.\nStay current with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and incorporate relevant innovations into our audit processes.\n\n \n

Your offer:

\n\nEducation: University degree in information technology, economics, audit or comparable qualification.\n\n\nExperience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in audit or data science with a strong focus on data analytics.\nLeadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in leading and mentoring a diverse team.\n\n\nAudit Know-How: Solid knowledge and understanding of auditing processes and methodologies.\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (such as Python, SQL, KNIME, Alteryx), experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and experience working with cloud services and APIs.\nCommunication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent English language skills (written and oral).\nAnalytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for uncovering insights from data.\nInnovation: A proactive and innovative mindset, with a strong desire to drive change and improve processes through data analytics.\n\n
