**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Oversee daily tasks and project development of data scientists and machine learning engineers to ensure alignment with objectives and deliverables
+ Provide technical guidance and validate data science development to ensure high model quality and accuracy.
+ Develop and drive the creation of quality metrics for the implementation and execution of Advanced Analytics projects and report metrics to key stakeholders.
+ Ensure the scalability, stability, and performance of the code and models developed by the Data Science team.
+ Build and optimize analytical models using machine learning, natural language processing, and other mathematical techniques.
+ Leverage large volumes of data from various sources to develop insights and drive decision-making.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
+ Proven experience in data science, including data analysis, model development, and implementation.
+ Strong leadership skills with experience guiding a team of data scientists and contributing to goal setting and performance evaluations.
+ Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and various machine learning libraries and frameworks.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to align data science efforts with business objectives, along with strong communication skills to convey technical findings to stakeholders.
