Lead Data Steward
The Enterprise Data Governance & Management team sits within the Chief Data & Artificial Intelligence (AI) Office and is responsible for defining the data governance vision, driving capability development and scaling adoption for the enterprise. With the mission to deliver trusted data to every decision, interaction, and process across the Enterprise, the department collaborates with business and technology leaders to drive consistency of data management practices, ensure data content is fit for use, resolve quality issues, and provide input into risk and business control functions.
The Lead Data Steward manages large projects and processes relating to the assessment, improvement and governance of quality and ongoing fitness-for-purpose of data, ensuring adequate data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes. As a subject matter expert in data quality and governance, this job directs the design and implementation of master data management solutions in order to maintain a common, firm-wide data standard.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Leads the implementation of tools and processes to maintain firm-wide data standards.
Strengthens the organization's data governance capabilities to ensure that high data quality exists throughout the complete lifecycle of the data and that data controls are implemented to support business objectives.
Ensures business process, system support and data quality governance for firm wide data through coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders.
Execute and manage the development of reports and dashboards to identify key business metrics, trends and analytical needs, and optimizes dashboard reporting for operations and management to enable data driven decision making.
Reviews and contributes to reports for management to quantify and articulate the business impact of data quality issues.

In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
