On the Enterprise Architecture and Data team reporting to the Principal Agile Program Lead, you will support projects including migration of applications to the AWS Cloud Data Warehouse and decommission of legacy systems.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nManage the technology delivery function responsible for planning and implementing multiple application migrations to the AWS Cloud Data Warehouse and data system decommissions.\nRun the delivery function for 1-2 agile teams and maintain the delivery roadmap together with the Solution Architect.\nLead key agile team ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, refinement, iteration review, retrospectives, and planning across multiple iterations.\nBuild and maintain delivery plans and release schedules in partnership with technology leads, architects, and development teams.\nCultivate and improve current processes and tools; identifying, designing, communicating, and implementing new processes.\nWork with multiple enterprise processes (waterfall, Agile, governance process, etc.)\nBuild a deep understanding of Hilton brands, current projects, and upcoming initiatives.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nEngage agile team members to define and deliver high-quality data solutions that meet customer need.\nPull together the necessary project leads and guide them through the planning and delivery of initiatives.\nManage dependencies and remove impediments by engaging the right partners at the right time.\nProactively identify and implement process improvements in coordination with peers and the Principal Agile Program Lead.\n\nWhat deliverables you will take ownership of:
\n\nWork with multiple domain architects and delivery leads to manage timelines and ensure successful and on-time delivery.\nKey projects include decommissioning of legacy data systems and migration to the AWS Cloud Data Warehouse. \n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nFive (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field\nFour (4) years of Technology project management experience\nTwo (2) years JIRA experience\nMust hold Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certification\nThis is a hybrid role and will require you to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)\nTravel up to 10%\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nBachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience \nSeven (7) + years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field\nDeep understanding and experience in technology delivery using Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), waterfall, and/or PMP methodologies\nProgram management experience leading cross-functional, data-centric technology efforts\nAWS certification\nExperience working in a data-centric organization\nExperience leading data systems decommissioning and migration to an AWS Cloud Data Warehouse\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
