Lead Designer - Director

Reporting into Wealth Management Americas (WMA) Practice Head of Experience Design, this role helps to ensure the success of the organization's digital products.

We're looking for a Lead Designer with these qualities who can:

• work closely with cross-functional design, product, and development team members to improve digital products and journeys iteratively and continuously across all phases of the design process
• drive and influence key stakeholders towards a unified experience that serves client needs and business outcomes
• plan and facilitate workshops across the design process to align the product-vision with the product owner and get all needed requirements of the product including design sprints, storyboarding, and other design thinking methods
• conduct qualitative and quantitative user/client research and surface key insights, implications, and recommendations for experience design
• create actionable personas and journeys informed by user/client research
• synthesize business goals and user/client needs into tangible design solutions
• build, test, and refine prototypes and set a design direction for products, services or journeys
• create specifications for developers and review the implementation
• serve as a voice of human-centered design across the organization
• act as a culture carrier for the digital business while nurturing and developing a mindset of effectively challenging the status quo and helping the organization think differently
