Job Description

This role involves designing, developing, and testing heat pump systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions to improve the efficiency, performance, and reliability of heat pump equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities:·        

Design & Development: Lead the design and development of High Temp heat pump systems, including both air-source and Water-source units, from concept through to production.·        

Product Optimization: Analyze and improve the efficiency and performance of heat pump systems by applying advanced thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles.·        

Prototyping & Testing: Develop and test prototypes of new heat pump equipment to ensure they meet performance, regulatory, and safety standards.·        

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to integrate design solutions and ensure the overall functionality of heat pump systems.·          

Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and energy efficiency requirements. Maintain knowledge of local and international certifications, such as CE, UL, etc.·         

Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports for heat pump systems. Document design changes, test results, and project status.

Required skills:·

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. ·

7+ years of experience in heat pump design, HVAC systems, or related equipment design. ·

Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and system efficiency. ·

Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for equipment design and modeling. ·

Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (ASHRAE, IEC, etc.). ·

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.·

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Qualifications

B.E (Mechanical Engineering) or relavent Degree
