The Lead Developer, iOS will work with the eCommerce team to build and maintain customer-facing mobile solutions in iOS applications for internal and external customers. This position requires strong proficiency in UI development as well as close collaboration and communication with Design / UX and product management business stakeholders and API teams, working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. The Senior iOS Developer should be very good at problem-solving, have outstanding stakeholder management skills and switch contexts frequently while working on multiple stages of multiple projects simultaneously. It is important that this position has a strong background in developing and supporting fluid, responsive, maintainable, high-quality iOS applications using native iOS frameworks.

Designing, developing, and implementing solutions on iOS platform using SwiftUI and UIKitWorking with Brand Teams, Product teams, QE, Analytics and stakeholders to understand and communicate progressConceiving and build responsive and adaptive solutions for applicationsWorking on an Agile team to estimate, develop, test, deploy, and maintain, while collaborating with team members on eCom roadmap and backlog, sprint planning, execution, review, and retrospectiveParticipating in technical design meetings with other developers and assist in defining the front end app architecture, code reviews, and unit testingAdhering to pattern-libraries, style guides, site documentation, and SDLCCommunicating effectively and efficiently with all associates and business contacts and promote a strong sense of teamworkMentoring and coaching other developers and able to collaborate with offshore teamsCoordinating with the front-end development team to ensure adherence to best practicesOptimizing application speed and performance

Minimum Starting Rate: $126,960.00 Annually

Up to: $158,700.00 Annually

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
