If so, this role is for you!!EF Educational Tours (ET) is seeking a Manager to join our Marketing and Creative team who will primarily focus on mentoring, guiding and directing the New Leads team as they execute on key strategic marketing campaigns for the business.What you’ll do:The New Leads team is focused on creating targeted marketing campaigns to acquire new business. In this role, you will oversee a team that is delivering regionalized marketing campaigns to help drive sustainable growth. You will be reporting to your manager on successes, setbacks, and opportunities. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the team, ensuring that they feel supported through their work. You’ll collaborate closely with your manager to ensure all projects are being executed by the team efficiently and effectively while also ensuring that all reporting metrics are being updated and maintained. Your Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day activities for New Leads team, including 1:1s, team meetings, and ensuring focus on key metrics.Ensure team success by teaching direct reports on the fundamentals of the role and coaching the team to success in goal achievement.Learn and understand marketing strategies that will be tested by the team and help the team execute these strategies to implement double-digit growth.Ensure that team initiatives are implemented by the team by working cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver campaign results.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the targeted regional marketing initiatives and report findings to the direct manager.Ensure prompt and accurate communication with the manager and other stakeholders.Provide regular stats and reports to the direct manager and key stakeholders to help inform future strategies and success of New Leads team.Strong communication with team to ensure a positive team atmosphere.Use your expertise in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word to guide your day-to-day, create teamwide efficienciesWho you are:You’re passionate about leading people and learning the inner workings of the EF marketing world and while focusing on EF’s mission of opening the world through education.
