Summary: As a DevOps/DevSecOps/Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will play a critical role as part of the Developer Experience (DevX) team, where you will balance leadership and hands-on technical responsibilities. In this role, you will manage a small, high-performing team of engineers in a player/coach capacity, driving initiatives that enhance security, reliability, monitoring, and delivery efficiency across the organization. Your leadership will include conducting one-on-ones, providing constructive feedback, and performing quarterly reviews, all while maintaining a hands-on approach to solving complex technical challenges. With expertise in at least one of the core disciplines (DevOps, DevSecOps, or SRE) and strong proficiency in the others, you will help define and implement best practices that elevate engineering standards and improve overall developer productivity.
