In this role, you will:

Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and act as key participant in large-scale planningSupport Wells Fargo in our effort to build and promote diversity and inclusive behavior companywideExecute large-scale implementations through all stages of projectsReview and analyze complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factorsReview metrics and data analysis, process and technology needs, and track operational performance within Diversity & InclusionMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of Diversity & Inclusion policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentorCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Diversity & Inclusion experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Candidate must have experience in Diversity and Inclusion execution and strategiesStakeholder management and project management experience delivering programs for a department and companywide initiatives


Job Expectations:

Must be amenable to work midshift and in McKinley Hill, Taguig
