STS Technical Services is seeking experienced electrical workers to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at our Milwaukee-based facilities. As a Lead Electrical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the installation of electrical components, ensuring quality and safety in all processes.
Responsibilities Install conduit, wiring, and electrical components according to engineering specifications. Properly care for, use, and store company-supplied tools and equipment. Collaborate with electrical engineering and quality control teams to drive continuous improvement. Address and resolve quality issues, and work with management and coworkers to prevent future occurrences. Maintain a safety-first mindset and promote safe practices in the workplace. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial or industrial electrical work. Journeyman Electrician License preferred. Proficient in conduit bending, wire installation and terminations, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Valid driver’s license. High school diploma or GED.
