Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for electronics design and engineering; designing, developing, modifying and evaluating electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems.Determines design approaches and parameters; analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests & evaluate results.Ensure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and proceduresProvide engineering / technical support in a production environmentFamiliar with Engineering Change (EC), Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA), Cost Analysis, etc.Provides informal guidance to new team membersRequired Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an accredited university or collegeMinimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering positionDesired Characteristics
Experience with Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, HMOS/MOS/CMOS, PLL, ADC, DAC etc.Familiar with the essential principles of electrical circuits and power electronicsFamiliar with the essential principles of magnetics and transformersFamiliar with circuit design tools such as LTSpice and Altium DesignerExperience designing, manufacturing, or troubleshooting electrical circuitsAbility to work in multidisciplinary teamsLead initiatives of moderate scope and impactAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneouslyEffective problem identification and solution skillsProven analytical and organizational abilityStrong project ownership, execution, and proactive mentalities.Some of our competitive benefits package includes:
