The lead engineer will provide technical expertise,\nguidance, and support to the team, ensuring the successful execution of\nprojects. You will\nreport directly to our Platform Electrical Engineering Manager, and you will\nwork out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid 3/2 work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVEMust be a US Citizen due to contractual requirementsBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering (Master's or Ph.D. preferred)6+ years of experience in electrical engineeringProven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projectsStrong knowledge of electrical design principles and practicesProficiency in electrical design software and toolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills
