Key Responsibilities to Bring Ideas to Life 🚀 💡
In this role, you will collaborate with the design team to deliver high-quality outcomes with precision, efficiency, and speed on projects for key clients who own and operate their own private MV networks.

You will utilize advanced digital tools and technologies to improve accuracy and efficiency, driving innovation across all phases of the project. Additionally, you will contribute to fostering creativity and continuous improvement by offering fresh ideas to streamline project delivery and processes. You will ensure that all designs and drawings meet Aurecon’s high standards, as well as client information management and drafting requirements.

You will also collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, designing fit-for-purpose power distribution infrastructure to meet the diverse needs of our clients. In addition, you will take on leadership responsibilities by guiding teams, overseeing projects from start to finish, and ensuring successful delivery. Your role will also involve driving the growth of the business by actively contributing to winning new work and expanding relationships with new and existing clients.

What We’re Looking For 🔍

We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and relevant technical experience in MV design with proven construction site/practical experience, providing the essential foundation for designing the infrastructure of tomorrow.

RPEQ or relevant skills and experience to be able to obtain RPEQ is required.

Prior experience in analysis and design for large commercial and industrial facilities is highly valued, though we welcome candidates with a range of backgrounds.
