Your role: As Lead Electrical Engineer, you’ll oversee the technical aspects of power distribution systems, including medium- and low-voltage equipment, transformers, and automation systems. You’ll manage an engineering team, liaise with customers, and ensure that projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards. You'll also coordinate site work, visit factories, and lead meetings with clients—ensuring safety and compliance at all stages.

What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Proven experience leading at least 5 multidisciplinary projects in electrical power systems.Expertise in low- and medium-voltage equipment, and knowledge of standards like IEC 61439.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects under pressure.Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
