**Job Title: Lead Electrician** Buffalo, NY 1st shift, 7am - 3:30pm Pay: $30-35+/hr **Job Description** We are seeking a Lead Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing electrical systems and equipment in accordance with both local and national electrical codes. You will interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine electrical wiring layouts for control panels, ensuring that all systems are properly integrated into the project. Additionally, you will test electrical systems for compatibility and safety, following established safety protocols and regulations. **Responsibilities** + Install electrical systems and equipment in compliance with local and national electrical codes. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical wiring layouts. + Collaborate with team members to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems into the overall project. + Test electrical systems with testing devices to confirm compatibility and safety. + Adhere to safety protocols and relevant regulations during electrical work. + Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, performing repairs as needed. + Manage and mentor electrical apprentices. + Oversee electrical installations up to 480V. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial settings. + Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including both high voltage and low voltage applications. + Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. + Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in the trade. + Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical issues effectively. + Ability to work independently or collaboratively to complete projects efficiently. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
