Why We Need you! 

We are looking for a Sales Enablement all-star athlete to join our winning team. Your mission will be to design and develop enablement programs and content for sales, sale management and other customer facing roles. The goal is to ensure field preparedness in knowledge and skills to drive accelerated ramp to productivity and ongoing sales effectiveness. 

 

What You Will Be Doing: 

· You will be responsible for leading and managing programs including Command of Message, Command of Sale, Command of Plan and Value Negotiations, to ensure our sellers possess the skills and knowledge needed to effectively meet strategic objectives. 

· You will support frontline sales managers and sales leadership team in executing effective management disciplines and establishing a sales coaching program. 

· You will align people, processes and priorities to increase sales results and productivity by providing integrated content, training and coaching services for salespeople, and front-line sales managers along the entire customer's buying and product use journey. 

 

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have: 

· Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation). 

· Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies (Command of Message, Value Negotiation, Command of Sale & Plan) sales process, and buyer's journey alignment. 

· Extensive knowledge of sales management best practices, including pipeline management and developmental sales coaching. 

· General knowledge of effective hiring and selection practices for sales roles. 

· Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion. 

· Expert ability to plan and facilitate meetings both in-person and virtually. 

· Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
