As a Qualcomm Software Test Engineer, you will design, develop, create, and modify test cases and validate embedded software, cloud software, system algorithms, application software, automation, and/or specialized utility programs that launch cutting-edge, world class products. Qualcomm Software Test Engineers collaborate across various engineering teams and functions to design and implement test plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Test Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Test Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Test Engineering or related work experience.

• 2+ years of work or academic experience with Software Test or System Test, developing and automating test plans and/or tools (e.g., Source Code Control Systems, Continuous Integration Tools, and Bug Tracking Tools).

Skills/Experience: 6-9 years

JOB Title : Senior Lead

Should have good understanding of the UWB Technology

Have good understanding of the FiRa and CCC Spec

Should have hands on test exp on different use cases TDoA, TWR, AoA, CBR scenarios.

Should have fair understanding of the test setup for Multicast, Multisession Scenarios.

Know how on how to do MCTT Certification tests.

Should be able to come up with Test plan/strategy for the features supported.

Should be able to automate the test scenarios.

Should have strong debugging skills.

Should have fair knowledge on the functional and power KPIs to measure.

Job Overview

This position is for Connectivity Test group of Qualcomm working on UWB

Candidate will closely work with Development team and cross functional teams to deliver quality deliverable which goes to customers following well established QA processes

Candidate will get exposure to UWB/WLAN/Coex modules of Qualcomm connectivity solution.

Candidate will work on futuristic products for Wearables & IoT markets

Candidate will be actively involved in supporting the existing automation framework through feature additions, enhancements, and maintenance
