Take ownership for leading challenging projects
As a Lead Engineer - Engineer to Order (ETO), you will create the final Surface Wellhead and Tree and Test Fixtures engineering design from conceptual/proposal design approved by customer. You will be collaborating across multiple teams globally to assure requirements are captured in drawings and the design is finalized on time.


As a Lead Engineer – ETO – Product Design and Engineering, you will be responsible for:

Developing Surface Wellhead and Tree final engineering design which fit the needs of the client while emphasizing proven technologies and existing solutions.Generating designs, machine detail drawings, stack up drawings, Bill of Material, calculations, engineering part information, and Field Service Manual, to meet customer requirements and industry standard (API6A is preferred)Designing test fixtures following company standards.Ensuring Engineering deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline.Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.Employing the best combination of all preliminary information and contributing data to develop final design.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum.Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Design Engineering for Surface Pressure Control Equipment or equivalent experience in relevant product.Experience in applying Oil&Gas industry standard (API 6A and API16A is preferred) to product design.Have a minimum of 3 years of experience with 3D models and 2D machine detail drawings using CAD software.Have good oral and written communication skills.Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Have the ability to apply thorough knowledge of engineering and drafting standards, codes and regulations affecting particular disciplines or drafting projects.Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment across different time zones.Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems.Have excellent report writing and presentation skills and an ability to articulate technical information clearly
