Your mission, roles and responsibilities Your profile and competencies to succeedo Carry out pre-processing, simulation setup, post-processing & report preparation
as per the requirement
o Validate the design for NVH targets
o Technical report preparation and presentation to development team
o Work actively in the extended product development core team
o Support and provide simulation results for measurement and testing & update the
NVH simulation based on measurement and test results
o Provide design solutions and recommendations for development of exhaust
designs from acoustics perspective
o Maintain, track quality & on time delivery metrics for all work requests
o Quality review of the simulations executed by NVH engineers
o Preparing draft of the design considering targets
o Identify and share the lessons learned and best practices
o Support in preparation of training plan, execute trainings, measure effectiveness
o Prioritizing quality and delivery failures, performing Line QRCI to identify root
causes
o Preparing preventive and corrective actions plan to address the root causes
derived from Line QRCi
o Support standardization, harmonization and documentation of calculation
methodologies, including working procedures.
o If necessary, participate in the optimization of IT hardware structures and
simulation processes / IT environment as well as their implementation
o Well versed with GT Power
o Good Knowledge of Ricardo WAVE software
