This role requires a strong technical background in civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing engineering, with a focus on ensuring the efficient and safe operation of community infrastructure systems. **The main duties and responsibilities of this role:** + Oversee the maintenance and repair of all community infrastructure, including roads, pavements, drainage systems, water and electricity networks, and landscaping. + Conduct regular inspections and assessments of infrastructure systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. + Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures and ensure the long-term sustainability of infrastructure assets. + Manage infrastructure projects, including upgrades, renovations, and new installations. + Oversee the work of contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects. + Monitor and control infrastructure budgets and expenses. + Respond promptly to resident requests and complaints related to infrastructure issues. + Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and procedures. + Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. **About you:** The ideal candidate will have the below qualifications and experience: + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in infrastructure maintenance and operations, preferably within a community management or property management setting. + Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools. **About Benefits:** At Dubai Holding, we're committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
