Responsible for creating and managing system derived and decomposed requirements.Develop a Systems Engineering lifecycle planCapture Stakeholder Expectations (customer requirements)Develop System level requirements and allocate them to architecture elements (system, hardware, software)Support the development of hardware & software requirementsSupport the development of interface control documentsSupport the development of verification test plans & proceduresGenerate and maintain a Verification Cross Reference MatrixCoordinate requirements changes, deviations & waiversSupport the development and review of design documentsWork collaboratively with engineering teams (systems, firmware, software, hardware, testing and mechanical engineering)Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or collegeA minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering roleDesired Characteristics

The base pay range for this position is $90,800 to $121,100. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on July 5, 2024.
