MAU is hiring a Lead Engineer Project Manager for our client in Houston, TX. As a Lead Engineer Project Manager, you will manage large capital projects supporting North America supply chain goals, including project planning, budgeting, compliance, scheduling, and vendor oversight. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Candidates must reside near a major airport. Preference will be given to candidates located in Houston, TX or eastern U.S. regions. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Process, or Mechanical) 5–8 years of experience in heavy industrial/process work and project execution Experience in process commercialization from ideation to operational turnover Preferred Education and Experience Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, and/or Construction Management Professional Engineer (PE) license Project Management certifications General Requirements Proficiency with AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft programs (including MS Project) Knowledge of blending and packaging equipment (mechanical and controls) Field implementation experience Ability to travel up to 50% Must reside near a major airport Essential Functions Lead large capital plant projects using a front-end loaded project work process Supervise third-party engineers, vendors, and contractors Track project performance, budget, schedule, quality, and documentation Support compliance with environmental, safety, and legal standards Assist with insurance audits and documentation for domestic plant sites Develop long-range plant capital plans and fiscal year budget estimates Manage commercial contracts and project change notices Prepare and present capital project requests and cashflow updates to senior leadership Develop and maintain engineering specifications and standards Support facility “Core Drawings” including general arrangements, electrical, and P&ID schematics
