Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Engineer - Projects

Good communication skills both verbal and writtenGood presentation and MS Excel SkillsResponsible for planning for program scope/schedule/budget in accordance with program WBSResponsible for driving technical program execution/overall program integrationWorks with the PM to define and drive the product line roadmap and ensure efficient execution to meet customer and business needsResponsible for scope and change control of the execution planResponsible for technical and engineering execution risk managementResponsible for supporting appropriate technical staffing and assignmentResponsible for supporting to adherence to budget, schedule and risk managementResponsible for supporting associated certifications, Audits including releases of required artifactsResponsible to drive project metrics including EVMS and drive root cause analysis for variances.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors or master’s in mechanical/aerospace engineering 4-8 years of relevant experience in Aerospace Manufacturing and Quality engineering activities

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP CertificationAgile-Scrum Master /ACP Certification
