As a Lead Engineer - Service you will be responsible for all activities relating to enhancing services technology integrating customer data, or capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety and other performance parameters.
 

As a Lead Engineer - Service, you will be responsible for:

Developing Service design concepts based on user needs, and define allocation to subsystems based on refinement of the design conceptPerforming detailed trade studies to define the specifications for features or componentsPerforming CTQ and requirements flowdown, document their designs, and perform verification of their designsCapturing service requirements and ensure that systems, subsystems, or component designs meet those requirementsDeveloping new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizationsWorking together with business leadership and delivering products as part of a team

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a degree in Engineering or a relevant experience in Engineering/TechnologyHave significant experience as an engineer in similar area of competency (Service Engineering)Have good communication skillsHave good interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to influence others and lead small teamsHave ability to coordinate several projects simultaneouslyHave effective problem identification and solution skillsHave proven analytical and organizational abilityBe fluent in English
