In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of sophisticated, customizable dashboards that empower enterprise clients to visualize and interact with complex data effortlessly. You will have the opportunity to shape user experiences, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of scalable, performant applications. Key Responsibilities + Architect and implement cutting-edge frontend solutions for enterprise analytics dashboards. + Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that simplify complex data visualizations. + Mentor and guide team members, setting best practices for coding, testing, and deployment. + Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless and integrated solutions. + Ensure applications are responsive, scalable, and performant under heavy data loads. + Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate modern technologies and practices into the development lifecycle. Qualifications + 6+ years in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. + Proven experience leading projects or teams in a fast-paced environment. + Expertise in building complex, data-driven applications with technologies like D3.js, Chart.js, or similar. + Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a keen eye for detail. + Experience in creating dynamic dashboards and handling large datasets. + Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and version control (e.g., Git).
