\nIn this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our technical operations, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and facilitate.

\nKey Responsibilities

\n\n\n\tPerform electronics modifications, including component replacement, re-soldering, solder inspection, jumper wire placement.\n\tPerform testing on accelerometers.\n\tPerform test station assembly, qualification, troubleshooting and repair.\n\tPerform board-level component troubleshooting and repair.\n\tWork with Facilities team to integrate new test equipment.\n\tPerform electronics testing using oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers.\n\tManage lab equipment inventory and provide feedback on lab improvements.\n\tDocument procedures and findings and effectively communicate these to key stakeholders.\n\tGuide and manage a team of technicians to provide technical facilitation and service.\n\tProvide guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them resolve complex technical issues.\n\tWork with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.\n\tStay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement.\n\tEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams

The annual base salary range for this position is $78,200 -$97,700 Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nMinimum of 8 years of proven experience in technical facilitation or a similar roleTechnical knowledge of electronic components, including PWB troubleshooting.Excellent communication and people-oriented skillsStrong guide and mentoring skillsExperience assembling and qualifying test equipment.\n\n
