You will work across disciplines within Electronic Solutions to drive growth and reach critical business milestones

\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDrive test execution to budget/schedule baselines\nProvide project oversight\nParticipate in project coordination and planning\nMentor junior members in compliance and test methodologies\nTranslate customer requirements to test requirements\nDirect the preparation of the Control Plan\nDirect the preparation of the Test Plan/Procedure/Report\nDirect the Test effort\nEstablish new lab process methodologies\nManage lab training, estimates, budgets and schedules\nParticipate in failure troubleshooting and debug efforts\n\n

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.

YOU MUST HAVE\n\nEngineering Diploma or Degree\n10+ years of experience in Hardware Certification\nKnowledge of Environmental Test\nExperience with Qualification test standards such as DO-160 and/or Mil Std 810\n\nWE VALUE\n\n10+ years direct experience with industry testing standards (RTCA, Boeing, Airbus, Mil-STD)\nIndividuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.\nAbility to work with a diverse and global team\nExperience in hardware certification\nIndividuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.\nAbility to adapt dictated by project changes\nMulti-tasking and can manage a variety of complicated tasks\nMaking autonomous decisions\nSignificant engineering experience\n\n
