**Description** **Functional Areas of Responsibility** + Accurate quantity take-off + Cost estimating + Productivity analysis + Business partner solicitation + Development of vendor bid tabs and selection + Scheduling **Specific Duties and Responsibilities** + Review and analyze project plans and specifications + Perform quantity take-off as directed + Preparation of discipline cost estimates + Assist in solicitation of subcontractor and supplier quotes to assure sufficient coverage of all scopes of work + Assist in schedule preparation and analysis **Qualifications Required for this Position** **Education** + Bachelor’s degree in related field (engineering or construction management degree preferred), or equivalent experience **Experience** + Basic knowledge of construction documents, construction techniques, and equipment capabilities + High degree of accuracy with work product and calculations + Computer skills, including Microsoft Office + Oral and written communication skills
