Job Title: Lead Expert Prod App Dev

Location: Tongxiang, Jiaxing, Zhejiang

 

Job Responsibilities.岗位职责:

Mainly focus on Application study and solution development for food and beverage with multiple nutrient ingredients, natural coloring and other natural oxidant system/health benefits ingredients and technical service for dairy and beverage etc foods.  

开发各种营养添加剂、着色物质、以及天然抗氧化以及健康功能配料等在食品和饮料等相关应用, 并为客户提供技术服务。

Deeply understand the nutrient products with different formats and product/application properties and explore and identify the unique functions of nutrient/color/antioxidant ingredients in applications of food and beverage especially in dairy and beverage system.

对不同剂型的营养素、着色物质以及抗氧化体系由深入理解和认知，对产品特性和应用特性由深入理解，探寻这些物质在食品饮料（尤其是乳制品和饮料等）的功能性作用，并基于此开发创新型应用解决方案。

Keep attention of food industry, explore and evaluate the functionality of potential nutrient ingredients, or other innovative ingredients, and develop innovative application solutions on dairy and dairy-alternatives.

保持对行业的关注，探索和评估潜在的营养功能性原料，并形成创新应用解决方案。

Responsible care resource for BU /BG /other R&D centre for good practices exchanging or special tasks be assigned.

与业务单元/业务集团或其它研发中心保持良好的交流和合作，共同完成一些特许的项目。

Contribute to good maintenance and development of application and analytical lab, and make sure the compliance on laboratory SHE with acceptable global standards, China regulations and DSM standards.

协助相关应用和分析实验室的良好运行，确保符合实验室SHE全球标准，中国法规及DSM标准。

You bring

Bachelor degree or above with the major of Food Science and Engineering, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or other related majors.

本科及以上学历，食品科学和工程、化学、化工以及相关专业。

5 years scientific and commercial knowledge on nutrient/coloring agent/antioxidant agent and their applications in beverage/dairy and other fields. Candidates with industrial experience in F&B companies especially for beverage and dairy is preferable.

具有5年以上营养素/着色物质/抗氧化体系基本性质以及在食品饮料（尤其是乳品和饮料）方面的开发经验，尤其是有在相关食品饮料公司产品开发经验者优先(尤其是乳品和饮料)

Has a certain understanding of other ingredients such as hydrocolloids/emulsifier/enzyme/culture that are highly relevant to applications

对与应用相关性强的配料比如亲水胶体稳定剂、乳化剂、酶制剂以及菌种具有一定的了解

Ability to present samples with targeted presentation.

具有一定的针对性呈现样品的能力。
