We are seeking an 'Automation & Lab Manager' to lead our creation lab team and responsible for managing daily operations. Join us on the journey towards to enhance digitalization and automation in our creation laboratories.

Your key responsibilities:

 

Manages Lab Staff in the daily operation and provides guidance and training in the relevant fieldEnsure sample production are done in a safe and controlled environment following established protocolsDaily management of workload of the creation lab teamEnsure dailyoperation of a state of the art compounding robot including maintenance, trainings and improvementsBuild efficient working relationships with Flavorists, Application, and other dsm-firmenich groups and relevant external partners

You bring

A technical background in automation and/or digitalization in a lab enviroment.Strong team management skills with the desire to see the team grow and improve.Fluent in English and French.A strong Improvement mindset with organizational skills for work distribution and workflow organization.A spirit of initiative and drive for progress, contributing to our collective success as you are empowered to take ownership.    A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.
