Job Title: Lead Expert Oral Care Project Management

As a Lead Expert Oral Care Project Management, you will be responsible to bring a significant added-value to the Oral Care category through driving business analysis, managing pricing requirements as well as guiding on brief qualification process. You will report to the Global Category Director - Oral Care.

Key Responsibilities:

Business analysis, OC Vitality dashboards & KPI ReportingLead project management on weekly meetings (EUR, NAM, AMET, SEAJK, China, India) and monitor progressEnsure rigorous brief qualification process & liaise with Sales Teams globallyLead on OC pricing guidelines  by connecting with Regional Pricing Offices, providing costing for all new projects to Flavorists & updating price list and margin for specific client portfoliosMaintain and update pricing tool accuracy, working closely with teams to address issues and update with relevant data

You bring:

Bachelor degree in Business administrationMinimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a similar roleFluent in English, French is a plusGood knowledge of analytical toolsComfortable & up to speed with digital & computer toolsA good sense of problem solving mindset & autonomous behaviour
