SUMMARY: The Facilities Custodian maintains clean, safe, and welcoming administrative spaces through daily cleaning and maintenance activities at Goodwill of the Finger Lakes. Working under the guidance of the Lead Custodian, this position ensures that all assigned areas meet organizational standards for cleanliness and hygiene. The role focuses on routine cleaning tasks and assists with special projects to support the overall facility maintenance program. Restroom Maintenance (20%) + Clean and sanitize restrooms. + Restock supplies and maintain hygiene standards. Waste Management (10%) + Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas. + Maintain recycling stations. Glass & Break Area Cleaning (5%) + Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. + Maintain cleanliness of break rooms and kitchenettes. Reporting & Project Support (5%) + Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the Lead Custodian. + Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned. Other Duties + Perform additional tasks as assigned.
