As a Lead Field Service Technician, your focus will be to provide team support and assist other junior team members in delivery of work and servicing Defence/Government sites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support
Key Responsibilities:
Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment. Configuration, diagnoses fault, repairs and programming of building services (e.g. CCTV, Type 1A, access control and third-party systems including Gallagher and Lenel). Software load and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required. Minor Project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved. Technical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell Systems leveraging off your Honeywell and Industry product knowledge to the service business and customers (existing and new). This includes pre-sales support to the account team and technical lead on implementation projects. Contract retention and new client contracts Driving expansion on customer sites to other systems not currently under contract. To maximise customer satisfaction and minimise customer site downtime by providing measurable outcomes for our customers using the technology we can provide.Key Experience & Capabilities:
At least 4 years’ experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems and products across systems. Fault finding and repairs to electronic equipment NV 1 or baseline clearance is essential Configuration, diagnoses fault, repairs and programming of building services (e.g. CCTV, Type 1A, access control and third-party systems including Gallagher and Lenel). Commitment to customer satisfaction Good communication - both verbal and written and negotiation skills Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervisionWho We Are
