As a Lead Field Service Technician - Building Automation/HVAC here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical expertise and leadership in the field service operations for building automation and HVAC systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
\nYou will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our New Jersey location on a hybrid work schedule.
\nIn this role, you will impact the efficiency, reliability, and safety of building automation and HVAC systems, contributing to the overall comfort and productivity of building occupants.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain building automation and HVAC systems\nConduct system inspections and preventive maintenance\nProvide technical support and guidance to field service technicians\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs\n\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements\nYOU MUST HAVE
\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in field service for building automation and HVAC systems\nStrong technical knowledge and expertise in building automation and HVAC systems\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nAbility to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nWE VALUE
