JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
This role is on the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team primarily supporting G&A submissions. The successful candidate in this position will assist in the management of G&A oversight, supporting the monthly close function, forecasting / budgeting, headcount / vendor tracking and any ad hoc reporting requests for leadership decision making and support. Includes evaluation of and recommendations relating to business opportunities, investments, financial regulations, and similar financial projects or programs.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, close reporting, and month-end variance analysis Leads the analysis of segment G&A. Complete accurate and timely financial reporting and identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies Participate in special projects, including automation and other efforts, to streamline and improve reporting processes. Ability to work within a matrixed environment and foster strong relationships with other teams and be able to adapt to change Ability to prioritize effectively to multi-task under tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Acts as a role model and mentor to the members of the team. Responsible for timely submission of periodic financial reports.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
