Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Lead Financial Analyst to join the Productivity and Benchmarking team at our Downtown Indianapolis location on a hybrid schedule. 

Coordinates and supports the system financial team in providing actionable information (including analysis, reporting, pro formas) to support operational and strategic decision making. Provides analytical and consultative support to departmental and service line management and key stakeholders. Supports operational leaders by providing labor productivity and benchmarking analyses to achieve system goals. Analyzes diverse sets of data including financial, operational, and clinical, to support strategic and operational decisions. Interprets labor productivity, financial or other information on costs, expenses, revenues and various clinical and operational measures to make recommendations to senior management. Conducts and documents complex analysis projects. Provides technical support on complex analysis projects.

Bachelor's Degree is required.Degree in Finance or related field a plus.Requires 3+ years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience; at least 2 years of experience in healthcare industry preferred.Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
