The **Lead Financial Analyst** will lead and direct the activities of a 6-person team to support all areas of the federal budget financial management and reporting, planning and analysis and reporting, and portfolio management. Assist in developing financial trend analyses. + Assist in execution activities, such as organizing and tracking contract invoices and deliverables, monitoring burn rates, and analysis of advance liquidations. + Assist with developing and reviewing project-level budgets and spend plans. + Assist with identifying, developing, reviewing, and reconciling budget and financial data sets.
